[Skin Concern] Anyone know what this is? It starts out flat and really itchy. Then it turns into a mosquito like bump (I'm cery sure that it's not an insect bite). I get it on different parts of my face every few weeks. It's usually gone within 24 to 48 hours and it turns into a pimple sometimes.
