[Acne] Pulled off a hydrocolloid bandage that I put on a cyst. Pulled out the pus and brought a lot of blood out too. Is this good or bad?

Hi. Just wondering whether pulling out blood is a bad thing. This happens every time I use a hydrocolloid bandage on a cyst. After taking off the bandage, I squeezed the cyst a little to drain the excess pus but a whole stream of blood went pouring down my face and I’m not sure if this is something I really should be avoiding. The cyst has gone down a little bit and there’s just a small hole left. I sometimes get a bit of scabbing over the hole too. Thanks for the help.
