[Product Question] For those who have done laser treatments/"next level" treatments - have your results lasted?

Hi all! I'm getting married next year so I'm looking to take my skincare to the next level. I have some PIH, pores on my nose that I think are large, and overall my skin feels a little dull. I use products to help with all these things, but I really want to go to the next level. My dermatologist recommended Clear + Brilliant or Micro-Needling. I'm open to these solutions (would probably go with Clear + Brilliant) but what I'm wondering is...after I sink all this money into the treatments, do they actually last? Does my PIH remain lightened or gone? Do my pores stay smaller? Or am I spending all this money just to look nice for a couple weeks, and then the results go away? Any advice or personal experience from people is greatly appreciated :)
