[Routine Help] Skincare noob needs some advice

Beauty Tips For Body Care
I’m going to start off by emphasizing that I have absolutely no idea how skincare routines work, and I need a bit of help. I’ve read some of the threads in this sub and I honestly don’t understand what is going on (Toner? Exfoliate? Cleanser?)General context of my skin type:I’m not acne prone, but I have a few rough patches of pimples (forehead, nose bridge/nose, area next to my nose under my eyes). The amount of pimples I have fluctuate according to the amount of sleep I get and how stressed I am. I’m not sure what they are (maybe blackheads?) but I also have a lot of these black dots on my nose and the area around it. My skin is really oily and sweats easily (I think?), so my face always looks like its shining.I have quite thick hair that grows very quickly so I often wax or shave, and I get really bad rashes afterwards and a lot of ingrown hairs. I used to have eczema but it’s mostly gone now (sometimes resurfaces when it’s really dry or during changing seasons). I have pretty sensitive skin so I don’t use makeup or sunscreen at all (both cause break outs). To give you an idea, this is my current “routine”: - Shampoo/conditioner (every day or two days depending on the weather) - Basic bar of soap (used every day) - Moisturizer (used after each shower)Alright Reddit, get ready for some really stupid questionsFirst of all, what is a normal routine? What is the standard routine that most people use to get clear skin? What kind of products should I be looking into? I want healthy skin that isn’t all that oily and pimply but I’m not sure how :(Second of all, how do I make those little dots disappear? Should I use those nose strips or peeling masks that you see all over the internet? (Also, what is exfoliation and how do I do it?)Thirdly, what should I do to get rid of the ingrown hairs and rashes? When they get really inflamed and red, I try and use a pair of tweezers to pull them out but it really hurts?Lastly, my sister gave me a bottle of tea tree oil that she said is good for my skin. What is it and how am I supposed to use it?I really need some help and I’m open to all suggestions. Please help out a confused kiddo! Thanks Reddit!
