[skin concerns] recurring pimple(?) in the exact same spot on my upper lip. Blows up every 6-10 weeks into a Whitehead and then scabs or just shrinks back into a small blackhead when “dormant”. When dormant I can still feel it under my skin. It’s flaring up now (old pic below) how should I treat it
