Beauty Tips For Body Care
Okay, so this post probably won't get a lot of attention, and this remedy will by no means apply to everyone, or even a lot of people. But if this helps just one person, I'll be happy. So, I had my skin care epiphany recently, when I started buying Coco-pops - yes, the cereal. They advertise it as being a good source of vitamin D, but that isn't why I originally bought it. But once I had it for breakfast a few times, and started noticing my skin clearing up, I went out and bought vitamin D supplements, and the results have spoken for themselves. I noticed a long time ago that whenever I go on holiday to a sunny country, my skin clears up. But when I come back, to grey old England, it goes back to how it was before. This could either be the sun drying my skin out, or the vitamin D you get from sun light. It could also be a combination.Another thing, I stopped getting as much cystic acne when I stopped moisturizing - the stuff was just blocking my pores. Accutane is the mother of all acne remedies, and it works by drying your skin out. Everyone on here worships moisturizer, but I don't see it helping clear up your skin. It may keep you looking young, but save it for when you're older. Each to their own of course, and please don't get out your pitchforks because I have gone against the grain.Tldr - Give vitamin D supplements a try.
