[Personal] do you take off your makeup immediately after you've been out and go straight into skincare routine ?

So often, I'll apply spf, makeup etc, go out for a couple of hours in AM, I'm never out till PM. So there's kind of an interim period between AM and PM skincare routine, I like taking off my makeup when I come home after being out a few hours . But I don't shower till PM and don't want to have to have to wash my face again so I usually remove with makeup wipes and leave skin bare till PM where I do my whole evening skincare routine. I'm rarely out AM to PM just wondering what do you guys usually do during this interim period?
