Like many others here on Sca, I have made the commited decision that Im not supporting Deciem anymore, and will be buying from other companies. Its just a personal decision.I have seen some people saying they feel uncomfortable asking for advice about their deciem (especially the ordinary) purchases. I’ve also seen someone who speaks out against the ceo’s doings call themselves a hypocrite for buying the squalane, even though (s)he didnt even call for boycotts or anything.You do not need to feel that way. I doubt most of SCA is judging you. You can still ask for help and recommendations, and post your hauls without feeling you commited some deed you feel like warrants an apology.The same as some people listen to music by artists they dislike the personality or antics of, you can still can buy the products you feel really help your skin. Wanting to help yourself and do the best thing for the health of your skin (which is the largest organ of your body) doesn’t necessarily mean you agree with everything one of the creators does — whether its his lying about products, sexism, insulting customers, racism whatever.
