Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hello Skincare Addicts~ If anyone could help me with my tough skincare issues I would appreciate it a lot!https://imgur.com/a/9GyR2I have prominent sebaceous filaments on my nose and large pores on my cheeks. PS. the camera somehow can't capture my cheek pores that well. I PROMISE you, in real life it looks MUCH worse! And it's not because I'm looking too close at my face--you can see both of these gross flaws from 2 feet away. (I've had my mom commenting honestly on the "blackheads" on my nose)By the way, I put oil on before I took this photo because my skin felt dry (I didn't want to remove it, take the photo and reapply it), so that's why my skin looks greasy. I think my skin type is dry because my skin feels dry often. I drink lots of water (2L+) and my diet is very healthy (lots of fruits, veggies, protein, fibre). The products I use are:Kose Softymo cleansing oilCerave hydrating cleanserPaula's Choice Skin Perfecting 2% BHA LiquidThe Ordinary Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1%Mizon All In One Snail Repair CreamCerave Facial Moisturizing LotionCold-pressed unrefined hemp seed oil(Sometimes; due to past over-exfoliation)The Ordinary Granactive Retinoid 2% EmulsionThe Ordinary Vit C Suspension 23% + HA Spheres 2%I thought the PC 2% BHA, retinoid, or Vit C would help after reading Reddit skincare posts, but nope, my pores didn't look reduced at all.I've tried the "shrink pores temporarily" method from the Fifty Shades of Snail blog but they don't really get rid of my black sebaceous filaments on my nose and while they seem to shrink my cheek pores, the effects last less than a day because in the morning my pores look huge again.I've tried the oil cleansing method with hemp seed oil (apply oil, massage, use warm microfibre cloth to wipe off oil), but I saw no results. Is there ANYONE who can help me? I actually feel depressed looking at my face in the mirror because I can't minimize my pores (without makeup) and the gross, black SF's on my nose. I feel like I've tried everything to no avail :(
