[misc] Anyone else have a problem with pet hair clinging to freshly moisturized skin?

Seriously. It feels like a brigade of sasquatch ants are throwing a rager on my upper lip. Anyone else have this issue? Anyone know how NOT to have this issue? (Besides chucking the cats... They're my furr babehs)
