[Review] German SCAs: I tested dm's new sunscreen so you don't have to buy it

Beauty Tips For Body Care
Went to my local dm yesterday and spotted large displays with their new sunscreen called Sundance Sonnenfluid. It costs between 3.95 - 4.95€ and comes in 4 varieties: SPF 30, SPF 50, anti pollution SPF 30, and anti pollution SPF 50. They are all waterproof and the regular ones are advertised for daily use as a makeup base and they are supposed to have a matte finish. I only bought the regular SPF 50 one but they all had a similar texture when I tested them in the store (Though the regular one is a bit more yellow-ish).First impression? It has a very strong scent, kinda like the other Sundance products or Nivea sunscreen. Second impression: holy hell, you really have to work that sunscreen into your skin. It leaves a slight white cast (and I'm ghostly pale) though it will disappear after a few minutes. The sunscreen feels okay on the skin. Not as light as Asian sunscreens but not horribly sticky either. dm claims that the sunscreen leaves a matte finish. Just no. I have super dry skin and my face was glowing, probably looks like an oil spill if you have normal/oily skin. But ok, I decided to continue and waited a few minutes till I put on my Missha bb cream. Here is where the trouble really started. I usually just apply the bb cream with my fingers and it never looks streaky or uneven. I looked like a fricking zebra. Or a 10-year old who applied way too much foundation for the very first time. It just wouldn't sink into the skin and kinda looked like a mask. It looked okay-ish after I blended it out with my beautyblender. But that only lasted for like 30 minutes till the creasing began. And I'm talking "I partied in a sauna for the last 24h"-creasing. Not a cute look.TL;DR It's a solid (and cheap) option for the beach or makeup free days when you don't care that much about appearance but a horrible horrible option for daily use under makeup. I will not repurchase this sunscreen
