[Acne] Help my sister with Down Syndrome

Beauty Tips For Body Care
My sister is 14 and will be entering high school this fall. Since she'll be going to a new school with little to no friends, my mom is worried about her being bullied, whether it's for her disability, her size, or her looks. She has been having problems with acne recently and I thought that I might try to find something that would help ease my mom's concerns. But I don't really know anything about skincare myself so hopefully someone here can help.My sister has oily skin and the acne is predominantly on her forehead but she has some around her mouth/cheeks. To my knowledge, she doesn't really have a skincare routine except using a washcloth and soap to clean her face. Now the real struggle comes in with her disability. She can have some odd reactions to certain textures and generally doesn't like putting on masks or anything covering the face (face painting included). I think something like a spot treatment would be best but my mom is willing to work with my sister to help her get over her hatred of masks. Any suggestions at all would be helpful. Thank you!
