[Product Question] What is the major difference between Biore UV Perfect Milk and Biore UV Aqua Rich Watery Essence?

I posted this in the stickied thread but have not received a response :(Can anyone explain what the difference is between these two products for me? I currently use the Perfect Milk and love it, but am curious about the Watery Essence.
