Beauty Tips For Body Care
Yes we all know how hard living could be when you have multiple of red acne spots on your Face and people continuously point them out. Then you see your friend with a perfect smooth skin eating greasy food 24/7, never moisturizing and doesn't even know the basics of a skin care routine. It Hurts but I'm sure that Acne also has a good side, which I came through because of my experience dealing with acne myself.1) you're a dermatologist to your friends. YES! My friends actually get surprised of how much I know about a certain skin product, I can list down all the products and what they target. I love how they react when I tell them about all the different ingredients like salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide and etc like I'm a lab scientist xD2) Having acne actually got me into following a strict diet and got me abs lol. As they say "you are what you eat". I used to drink huge loads of soda at night which ended up making me feel miserable. After I got acne I still haven't touched a single soda for like 6 months and my diet consist of veggies and fruits now. I didn't even used to know the meaning of gluten free back then (I'm stupid ik) now before going for grocery shopping I actually look at the ingredients before purchasing. Surprises my mom by seeing how dedicated I am lol.3) I made a lot of friends who shared the same acne condition like me. When I see a person suffering acne, I always approach them, let them know how special they are. I made a lot of friends on online forums too just like Reddit. Seeing everyone skin progress makes me feel really happy for them. 4) acne improved my sleep schedule, before I had acne I was all up at night. Didn't consider changing my pillow case and the impact it had on my skin. Now here I am sleeping as early as possible and feeling fresh in the morning. I always sleep on a washed pillow case everyday :)5) having oily skin was also the reason for my continuous break outs but I also got to know that people with oily skin tend to have thicker skin and fewer wrinkles. So rock your shining skin when you get old and let your perfectly good skin friend who mocked you know it at the same time ;)6)I learned the purpose of loving yourself the hard way. Even if you have flaws, you are still beautiful and no one deserves the right to degrade you. No one is perfect, life isn't easy; it gets everyone.7)Acne made me write all of this. I wonder if I never had severe acne or acne at all; I would have never come here, going through all these posts. Improving my diet routines, knowing the right moisturizer and cleanser to use. I would have been completely different. So my point was appreciate your acne, let the world know it's a normal thing and it's not because of poor personal hygiene, it's also about hormones. Spread love and positivity. I never intended to write this but by seeing people go through so much just because of acne really hurts me and my experience has also led me to write this. I hope you all realize inner beauty and self love. ( This was a bit cringy and I'm very sorry about that. English isn't my first language so I might have made a lot of grammatical errors. )
