[Acne]From getting medicine for a few pimples to full blown acne...Looking for some reassurance!

So I guess time is important with these meds so to give you an idea, I went into the dermatologist on Oct. 3 regarding some annoying pimples/slight acne. The derma described me as having "lite" acne but she offered a few different options I could take in terms of meds. 1. Topical creams 2. Accutane but that involved getting your blood drawn or something every 2 months and I don't got time for that. and 3. Take some antibiotic.Anyways, I chose the first option and went with the topical creams. I was prescribed Epiduo Forte and Retin-A Micro. She said to take one in the morning and one at night. She mentioned to also use lots of moisturizer and the Epidou Forte can stain clothes.Okay, so I started the next day. In the morning I use Epidou Forte and at night I first wash my face with face-wash, then apply moisturizer, then the Retin-A Micro after the moisturizer has soaked into my skin enough.So I've read that one should evaluate a topical cream after 60-80 days of regular use but I have to say, after only around a month of using this stuff, it does not look any better but worse! I mean, I've read that it brings out the worst in your skin at first as sort of a "purging" process, but man, I know have full blown acne and it doesn't look like its improving.My skin is peely, which I know is to be expected in addition to being red on my cheeks (where my acne treatment is obviously going) but other than that, I know have full blown acne.Maybe I am overreacting and this is normal....but is it? Should I know have full blown acne on my face? Is this normal for day 30 when using these products? I have never had to take any sort of acne creams or have I dealt with this stuff before so this is all new to me.Any advice or stories are appreciated!I guess about me: Im a 27 year old male, high stress (I think its my main contributor to my acne), fit and I run a lot.Thanks for hearing me out!Edit: Not sure why this is being downvoted so much....
