Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hi guys,So I run about 3 times a week, and I just did my third half marathon yesterday. Here’s the thing, though-every time I jump into the shower after running, I notice that I have a few new zits on my chest/breasts, and a couple on my back. Plus, my face also gets a weird bumpy texture to it after awhile, especially during the colder months.I also wanted to add: after long runs, where I sweat a lot, I tend to get covered in salt from the sweat. It even gets into my eyes and irritates them. You can even see dried salt settle on my face after awhile. Would the saltiness affect my skin? If so, what can I do to fix it??My current routine is pretty simple. I’ve been using Proactiv for years, since it’s the only skincare that has kept most acne from appearing on my face so far. Also, I use that Body Clear wash from Neutrogena for my body. It has been a bit more effective than other drugstore brand body washes, but I still get acne and red spots.Also, idk if this helps, but I have combination skin, and if I don’t wash my hair every night, I tend to get acne.
