[Routine Help] [Skin Concerns] TFW Depression Makes You Neglect Your Skin

Hey guys! Not looking for a full routine, more of a “hack” I guess. So I have depression, and it gets so bad sometimes that I don’t have the energy to get out of bed, much less wash my face. I always take off my makeup with a makeup wipe (currently loving the SKINFOOD Rice Daily Brightening Cleansing Tissue), but apart from that, my skin often gets totally neglected. For years, I used to forgo washing my face when I had to by using the Mario Badescu Seaweed Cleansing Lotion (it’s a toner so it’s super easy to pour some on a cotton round and get it over with), but I just learned it has witch hazel in it so I’m trying to find a replacement. Does anybody have any recommendations for a cheater product/method to cleanse your face when you don’t have the energy for soap and water? I hate the residue left behind by makeup wipes, so I hate just cleansing with those. As for my skin, it’s combination and a bit on the sensitive side. Also, I have mild rosacea that mostly affects the skin around my nose. I live in the Atlanta area, if that helps. Thank you so much!
