[shelfie][haul] First Shelfie and Routine! French Pharmacy, The Ordinary, Paula's Choice (Oily/Combination/Sensitive/Dehydrated)

Beauty Tips For Body Care
https://imgur.com/a/Q7baiUkThat's all the products I have. Finally found a routine that works for me with The Ordinary, Paula's Choice, La Roche Posay, Cerave, Avene, Bioderma.I am 25F combination mostly oily and congested, hormonal acne around chin/jawline (now slight scarring), sensitive and prone to redness. Working on improving moisture barrier.AM:First Cleanse: Bioderma Sensibio H2O micellar waterSecond Cleanse: Cerave hydrating cleanser (if needed) or just a rinse with water.Tone/Mist: La Roche Posay serozinc refreshing, noticed a difference in oilyness throughout the day with this also very soothingSerum: Paula's Choice Calm Repairing Serum worth it, amazing ingredients, chock full of ceramides and so hydrating... I believe in investing in a good serum I mix it with 3 drops of Paula's Choice C15 super booster I got the C15 booster for free on an order over £60 when they were re branding the new looks packaging. Vitamin C was a revelation to me, my skin is brighter and it has helped clear some scarring plus good antioxidant boost.Moisturise: Avene Tolerance Emulsion light, hydrating, minimal ingredients, contains squalene, really good under spfSPF: Paula's Choice Calm Mineral Moisturizer spf30 mineral spf is so good on my sensitive and acne-prone skin. I rationalize the price as working it out to £1 a day, buying once a monthPM:Micellar Water: Bioderma Sensibio H2OFirst Cleanse: The Body Shop Chamomile Oil or Balm massaged into face and removed with flannelSecond Cleanse: Cerave Foaming cleanser not drying, loveTone/Mist: Paula's Choice Skin Balancing Pore- Reducing toner I use this in pm because it's kinda greasy, contains niacinamide and opened up a new world of hydrating toners to me Spritz with LRP SerozincSerum: Paula's Choice Calm Repairing SerumMoisturiser: La Roche Posay Toleriane Ultra Overnight contains vitamin a and niacinamide, very hydratingOil: The Ordinary Rosehip Seed OilEvery other night: Paula's Choice 2% skin perfecting BHA or the Clear Regular Strength 2% BHA in place of toner. really helped with my texture, oiliness breakouts and blackheads, I started off using the Regular Strength everyday after cleansing. This one is definitely less sheeny looking than the perfecting BHA but I overexfoliated and would never use in the same routine as Vitamin C.Once a week: The Ordinary's AHA/BHA peeling solution or the Pixi Glow tonic. Now and then: The Ordinary niacinamide on especially oily days mixed with moisturiser (never 2 actives in same routine, so not with vitamin C or an exfoliant). The Ordinary borage seed oil as last step in PM if my skin feels dehydrated.La Roche Posay cicaplast baumeb5 fixes everything!I have kept up this routine consistently for 2 months and it has really improved my skin overall. Redness and inflammation/hormonal acne clearing upRecently bought The Ordinary's azelaic acid. Hoping to incorporate this in my routine somewhere to help with redness, sensitivity and left over scarring.Any questions or tips welcome with routine.I must mention that I attribute hormonal acne clearing up to also fixing up my diet and eating at the same times (keeping blood sugar balanced), sleep routine, general hygiene habits (showering once a day, changing pillowcase every night), NOT PICKING OR TOUCHING FACE and taking supplements religiously - (Also pic of supplements after much trial and error, I've found most effective in helping to control and clear my hormonal acne : https://imgur.com/a/LvTzD4w)A good all-in-one multivitamin - hits RDA's of all the key vitamins, including A, D, E, C, B1, B2, B6, B12, Calcium, Iron, Zinc, and Folic Acid -  take one a day. A good high strength probiotic - I've been taking one everyday for around a month now and I actually saw a difference in my skin pretty quickly.Calcium & Magnesium & Zinc - 1000mg Calcium, 400mg Magnesium, 25mg zinc taken daily as 1 tab 3x daily with meals. Magnesium helps to keep hormone levels balanced, keeps the nervous system running smoothly, improves sleep, fights insulin resistance, and is also anti-inflammatory. Calcium is involved in the production of antioxidants that help combat inflammation, aswell as helping with cell renewal. So by taking magnesium with calcium, you have a better chance of improving the absorption and utilisation of this mineral.Omega 3-6-9 - 2000mg of omega 3 as 1000mg of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and 1000mg of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) taken as 1 tab 3x daily with meals.
