[Skin Concern] I can't seem to fix my dehydrated skin... Ever...

Beauty Tips For Body Care
Alright so long story ahead and I apologize, but I think if I explain everything I details it might be easier for people to help me (which I really need lol).So about a year ago I finished my course of Accutane. My skin was absolutely great and apart from it being a little dry, it was perfect. Dryness was easily fixed by applying an oil at night sometimes or some vaseline on some dry patches.A couple of months later it was my birthday and someone told me about this mattifying powder, so I used that a little bit to look a little better that night. Somehow, that very night my skin started to get really oily, some pores were filled up and overall not good. Ever sine then, August 2017, I've been trying to fix my dehydrated skin with no succes.Ive also started to get more acne, I assume because of the dehydration. I think I've tried every single 'holy grail' product but nothing has worked. And yes, I've tried them in multiple different ways. I've tried the Hada Labo Hyaluronic Acid serum, CosRx Snail, CeraVe in the tub and I think 20 different moisturizers. Im very kind to my skin, don't take long hot showers, have a satin pillow case, dab my face dry after showering, sleep on my back, I drink a lot of water, humidity level is at 50-60% etc, all the good habits you should have.My current routine now is: Stratia Rewind, Stratia Liquid Gold, La Roche Posay Lipikar Baume AP, Squalane and sometimes even a layer of vaseline on top. I still wake up with a shiny forehead (the shiny dehydration/overexfoliated look) even after many layers of moisturizing and hydrating as you can see. I have been on and off with exfoliants. I've tried BHA's and AHA's from different brands, very carefully and it didnt make anything better, sometimes even worse. Its something that has been a real hit on my confidence. My skin looks tired, saggy, texture is super rough and the returning acne/PIH isn't great either. I'm in front of a camera all day because that's my job/study and I loved it. I still do, but it sometimes really hits me when I look at my own skin and some people even point it out..If anyone can give me some advice it would be great!
