I’ve had this large pimple on my face for over a week. It was very deep under the skin and never came to a head. I tried squeezing it a few times but it was hard and stubborn. When I put on acne treatment (salicylic acid) it just got really dry and did not change.fast forward to today after I shower I’m looking in the mirror and the middle of the bump has a small pinhole opening(really weird)I squeeze a bit and light yellowish/red pus came out. I then squeeze it two more time with the edges of cotton buds. after that it’s only blood so I stop.I immediately put a clay mask on it, but now I’ve washed it off and the bump looks very bruised and weird. I did not squeeze hard (I was a very bad picker back in the day so trust me lol).I’m really nervous for scarring and I want it to heal properly. I have scars from previous acne (red/purple in color)skin type: combination, sensitive, dehydrated routine: cetaphil foaming cleanser, cerave am/pm - cetaphil gentle exfoliate cleanser, cetaphil night creamalso I use flawless finish hair remover on my face. I mention this because I originally thought it was an ingrown hair.
