Hi everyone! I'm a long-time lurker, first-time poster and was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to improve the texture and wrinkles on my neck? Please help me out I don't want to wear turtlenecks all summer long! ahahahahaI'm 20, but my neck looks 40. Ever since I was like 15 I've had these textual issues and they've never seemed to improve on its own or through consistent creaming and gentle exfoliation.The skin on my neck is a bit dry so I've recently tried the Neutrogena gel hydroboost and that hasn't done much for me besides making my skin a tiny bit softer. I was thinking of caving and buying the NIOD Neck Elasticity Catalyst but I don't want to fork out $100 every couple of months for the rest of my life just to make my neck look nice.I haven't had sun damage to my neckline and I barely wear perfume so the skin shouldn't be damaged.I've read about venus rings and for me, they're not my biggest problem, the texture is. I just don't know how to treat it - should I use an exfoliating toner? A hydrating one?
