Beauty Tips For Body Care
I’m a 21 year old female who wants to get into a routine of taking care of my skin.I’ve never really been the type to care about my appearance (besides personal hygiene and looking presentable), but after getting my ass dumped and being through a slump, I now want to go through a glow up to boost my confidence and I think it’ll be fun to get into. I would be forever grateful for any help from you guys to help me and suggest nice products for me!Some information about me / my skin type:I don’t wear makeup at all (mostly due to my easily irritating skin)I have lots of breakouts; I’m not on birth control, I always have had random breakouts. My skin has been clean, but it has never been clear like how I want it to be. I have 2 or 3 little pimple scars too. I normally breakout on my forehead, but recently in the past month, it’s been on my cheeks or my chin area.I was told I have combination skin (?) my T-zone gets oily but the rest of my face is super dryI have eczema but it’s not too severe - it’s gotten much better over the years and now the areas which were affected (arms) just gets a little more dry than other parts of my skin - and a small circle blotch of dry skin on my cheek (which I use a prescribed steroid cream to treat it and it works great)Which these things in mind, can you guys please help me find moisturizers / toners / cleansers or other products that might be suitable for me?I’ve been looking at products with good reviews (Dr.Jart’s Ceramidin cream, Aesop products, lactic acids, etc) but I’m not sure if they’re right for me. I know even if these products may work for someone with a similar skin type as me, it might not work personally for me, but I’m willing to explore and just try new things.I’m a total beginner so I’m not sure which ingredients are harmful / which I should avoid. I only use a neutrogena face cleanser and CeraVe moisturizing lotion for my face and body (my family doctor recommended me this one after seeing my eczema on my arms).I’m in Korea for the next month and there are overwhelmingly way too many makeup / skincare stores everywhere. I tried to ask the store skincare specialists for help but they’re not too trustable since they’re trying to always sell me hundreds of dollars of expensive sets of products.I just want to find a daily moisturizer along with other products which could help me dip my toes in the water for a routine to help improve my current skin. I don’t have a budget, and I’d appreciate any suggestions!
