Beauty Tips For Body Care
tl;dr at bottomI have an oily skin and for about 6 month I'm on a strict acne safe diet while (with your help) building a great routine which started from super basic to more complicated while very slowly introducing products to monitor change which is now:AM -Cerave facial cleanser for oily skinPyunkang Yul Essence TonerDerna E vitamin C serumCosrx snail mucin 96Clinique Acne Solutions Clearing Moisturizer Oil-FreeMyChelle Liquid 50 SPF nudePM -Cerave facial cleanser for oily skinSpot treat when necessary with water based 2.5% benzoyl peroxide, wait 30 minutes and completely rinseIf there are noticible whitehads I'd lance, apply PC's BHA and slap Cosrx's hydrocolloids.Paula's Choice 2% BHA exfoliantPyunkang Yul Essence TonerThe Ordinary Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1%Cosrx snail mucin 96 and The Ordinary Rosehip oilClinique Acne Solutions Clearing Moisturizer Oil-FreeWeekly - Dead sea mud mask Thing is, I'm a soldier and dermatologists here don't care much so you really have to know what you're asking for. I tried asking for accutane but the doctor told me it's too good for accutane and prescribed epiduo (he also said I can just slap it on without moisturizer after cleanse and eat whatever I want. I told him I already use benzoyl peroxide, he told me it's not)Issue:I currently have hyperpigmentation and with all the effort still getting the occasional whiteheads (mostly under the eye area where I have visible pores) while keep getting oily after about 4 hours (unless I wear sunscreen for some reason)Question:It seems to me like I need a little help and since the derm won't prescribe accutane, is there a weaker medication I could request? Maybe an entirely different fix? Thanks ahead!
