[anti aging] 21 year old heavy smoker. Is it too late for me ?

Beauty Tips For Body Care
hey so this is my first post on this sub (I hope that this is following the rules and everything ?) and on reddit period, so please bear with me.I'm 21 and have been a smoker since I was 15, and a heavy smoker since I was 18. I got sober when I was 18 which if anyone here has had that experience can probably attest to the fact that smoking a TON of cigarettes is like, a very real aspect of getting sober for a lot of people. I'm currently quitting/trying to quit because vanity reasons haha but it is really really hard. I reaalllyyy have not taken care of myself much but I really want to start.I have a baby face and have always been told that I look very young and so I am terrified of getting premature wrinkles because I do not want to have a Benjamin Button thing going on. I have a few expression lines, but nothing too drastic. And I still get mistaken for a teenager sometimes so make of that what you will.I have kind of full lips and I've been noticing what could possibly be the beginnings of upper lip wrinkles when I get very very close to the mirror scrutinizing my face (as one does). I sort of have mental problems so I don't know if I'm just being crazy and projecting my fears or if they're actually there. I really wish I could post a pic but I can't for privacy reasons :/Anyway if you couldn't tell, I am very very broken up about this.My main question is.Is it too late for me, at 21, to start taking care of myself and healing and reversing the damage I've done to my skin and preventing shit ? Particularly having to do with lip wrinkles ? lolMy other question is. If it is not too late, what can I do ? (Also, it's winter, so my skin is kind of dry and I don't think I drink enough water, can that contribute to making it look like there are wrinkles that aren't actually there ?)My budget can be on the more expensive side if need be.My current routine:AMCleanse with Glossier Milky Jelly CleanserTone with Heritage Store Rosewater Spray(been thinking of adding vitamin C/hyaluronic acid serums here is that a good idea ?)Garnier SkinActive Super Moisturizer SPF 30PM:Glossier Milky Jelly CleanserTone w Rosewater(been thinking of adding a Vitamin A/retinol serum here, is that a good idea ?)ROC retinol correxion sensitive eye creamMad Hippie face creamI'm sorry for the really long post and I don't know if this is breaking rules and shit I am just fuckin freaking out here yall. Hangin on by a goddamn thread ! πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚Thank you for reading.........and for giving advice if you are compelled to lol.
