Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hey SCA, so I really am super happy and want to share my experience with all of you in case someone has a similar problem. So I came back to college in late August, and I’m pretty sure I came with no makeup remover and after a few days I suffered the consequences that I knew were coming.I had a ton of closed comedones on the sides of my face, most particularly along where you would contour your cheekbones but also some along my jawline. A redditor gave me some advice on a post I made last week, that my skin may be dehydrated and need a break from products I’ve been using. I have bought like 6 new skin products since I got to college, so I decided to take their word and give my skin a break from my usual chemical exfoliants. For 5 days I was only using Aveeno ultra-calming hydrating gel cleanser (which I just picked up and love!) and my Curology prescription mixed with CeraVe daily moisturizing lotionA few days ago I used - TO Mandelic Acid 10% + HAAnd my skin was absolutely glowing. It couldve been in my head, but I’ve had this for a while and pretty sure it was the first time I used it. My redness had gone down, skin looked fresh, and this pimple I had pretty much came to an exposed whitehead after using this. I used it because I know it’s very gentle, and just wanted to give my skin a little exfoliation.I just used last night - Melazepam by Ecological Formulas on amazon (Azelaic Acid 20%)My moisture barrier looks repaired after sleeping with this stuff on guys. My skin looks so glowy and I have not one bit of oil on my face. Usually my skin would get oily, sometimes even shortly after my routine!!And my skin looks so even-toned and radiant. My CC nightmare on my cheeks is slowly diminishing, and I hope for them to be gone soon. I’ll update in a week or two with my final results.. :)Have a great monday everyone!
