[Acne] is there any point getting blackheads extracted by a dermatologist?

I have acne. It’s under control mostly (I use tretinoin nightly and antibiotics) for the past few years however I still have a lot of blackheads up close.Would there be any benefit getting all of the blackheads extracted or would they simply just return?Does anyone have a factual answer?
