Went to a very reputable oculoplastic surgeon today who suggested a lower eyelid blepharoplasty combined with a mid face lift. He said the mid face lift would raise the cheek and reduce the appearance of a hollow. The fat from my prolapsed eye bags would be used to fill in the space. The incision would be along the lash line.I post this here because I know a lot of us deal with dark circles and I thought so many times a cream or serum would make mine go away.But the surgeon said this was purely anatomical due to my Mediterranean descent and no amount of potion would fix it. He did however say I had fantastic skin which was nice and that the surgery would restore a youthful appearance. I’m tired of looking tiredHas anyone here had this procedure done and what were your results? I’m shocked about the mid face lift component (I’m 29 and never thought it’d be needed) but he said it prevents the face from looking hollow and explained the strong connection between cheek structure and eye socket.Any comments or stories are appreciated!
