[Acne] Thanks to you all, I am graduating college almost acne free!

Beauty Tips For Body Care
I had NO idea fungal acne existed before cruising this sub. I want to say a big thank you to those that shared that Head & Shoulders shampoo can help with it! I went to Walmart thinking, “This will certainly not work, but it’s worth trying for under $10.00.” I am so happy I gave it a shot, because 90-95% of my acne is gone.My routine (forgive me, I’m on mobile): - Day and night - wash with H&S shampoo followed by washing with La Roche-Possay Effaclar “Medicated Geo Cleanser 2% salicylic acid and acne medication” - Every other day(ish) - La Roche Possay “clarifying solution with 0.5% Salycylic acid acne medication + 2% glycolic acid.” This is intended to tone and target clogged pores. - Spot treat over night or 3-4 hours during the day with Mighty Patch hydrocolloid bandages. This brand sells them in dots/circles, which I cut into 6 smaller pieces because I rarely have breakouts that requires the entire circle. - Occasionally, I spot treat with the La Roche Passay “dual action acne treatment 5.5% benzoyl peroxide acne medication + 0.4% micro exfoliating LHA.” — I think that this one might be giving me issues, so I’ve started testing it out with periods of on and off use. - I use CeraVe or Equate moisturizer when my skin is feeling dry.. It’s actually lost at the moment which has given me an excuse to look for alternatives.A quick background - I’ve been dealing with this for about 12 years. I was at my worst 4-5 months ago. My cheeks were covered in small, brightly colored pimples along with painful cystic acne. My self confidence was at an all time low and it began affecting my social life (I even avoided going to the grocery store.) This week, I’m taking cute selfies & loving my not perfect, but greatly improved skin. :)
