[Skin concern] Any ideas how to completely get rid of these blemishes (or whatever they're called)?

Hi all, I'm a complete newbie when it comes to skincare products and I have been using Benzac Ac (http://www.epharmacy.com.au/product.asp?id=1102&pname=Benzac+AC+Gel+10%25+50g) and Cetaphil for roughly 6 months but did not see any clear improvements.
