Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hey everyone,I'm trying to help my wife come up with a routine for her skin. She's very busy with work, and hates researching info, so I figured I would research for her and try to come up with a skin care routine for her to try.She got a serum as a gift that she wants to incorporate into the routine, but I'm not sure if it will help with her issues or not. It's a Hydra Cool Serum by IS Clinical. If it has no place in her routine, I was thinking of replacing it with Mad Hippie's Vitamin C instead. https://www.isclinical.com/category/serums/hydra-cool-serum-30-ml-e-1-fl-oz.htmlShe had hormonal (cystic) acne which has been mitigated with diet, exercise and natural supplements. Now, the tough part - getting rid of the PIH and blemishes. For the past few months she was using products from a Canadian company called Riversol. She like them - very gentle, never aggravated her acne, and we saw some improvement. Very basic routine of just cleanser, serum, moisturizer. The major ingredient in the serum was Vit C, but there was no other ingredient targeting PIH or acne. Here's the plan:OPTION #1MORNINGCleanse (single)2 pumps CosRX Mucin 96, 1 drop TO's Alpha Arbutin, 1-2 drop TO's Niacinamide+ZincMoisturizer/SPFEVENINGCleanse (double)IS Clinical serumRosehip seed oil or Tamanu OilMoisturizerOPTION #2MORNINGCleanse (single)IS Clinical serumMoisturizer/SPFEVENINGCleanse (double)2 pumps CosRX Mucin 96, 1 drop TO's Alpha Arbutin, 1-2 drop TO's Niacinamide+ZincRosehip seed oil or Tamanu oilMoisturizerShe will also incorporate an AHA peel once a week, and CosRX's BHA Blackhead Liquid once/twice a week.I know that it's best not to mix Vit C and Niacinamide, so even if I replace the serum with the Vit C, they are kept separate (AM/PM). She wears makeup to work, so I'm thinking Option #2 might be better for makeup application.Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
