[Skin Concerns] Fungal acne? Over-exfoliation? Has anyone else experienced something like this? Not sure what is going on with my skin. (29 F)

Beauty Tips For Body Care
I am having issues with odd texture/bumps over my entire face (images included near the end of post). My chin, cheeks, nose, forehead, hairline, even under my eyebrow hairs have these little bumps all over. They seemed to appear almost overnight. If I gently push on them with my nail, a solid little bulb/core comes out. Not sure what they are. The texture is not super obvious to the naked eye but if you touch my face or look very closely, you can tell there are bumps—especially if you touch my face! It shows a bit under makeup but not too bad. I have never had this issue before, and I have never had anything happen like this that appeared so quickly and did not get better at all within a couple weeks. My skin is normally relatively smooth, albeit oily with large pores and sebaceous filaments. I have occasional acne here and there but nothing serious. I am very strict about doing my skincare routine everyday and night, and I haven’t changed anything in my regimen—no new products, no new methods, etc. nor have I changed my shampoo/conditioner, other hair products, toothpaste, body wash, or laundry detergent, or moved to an area with different water quality. I even began drinking 64-96 Oz of water per day over the last month and gave up juice/soda. I’m really at a loss here. I use a pH balanced cleanser and skincare products that are all silicone-free and on the gentler/more natural side. The only thing that occurred around the time this started was that I drank a bit too much during a night out and fell asleep without taking off my makeup (which is incredibly rare for me to do). The next morning, I used an oil cleanser, exfoliated, and then washed my face. I was a little vigorous with the oil cleansing but I have done this before with no issues. It seems around that day or the next the texture became noticeable. At first, I thought this texture was from over-exfoliation but I had no symptoms of that other than slightly drier skin. My skin did not sting or burn, there was no unusual redness, no dry patches or peeling skin, nothing that seemed to point to over-exfoliation. The texture appeared about 2 weeks ago and has not gotten any better despite my efforts. It almost feels like all the sebaceous filaments on my face have become raised if that makes sense. My skin has never done this before. I have been trying to be gentler when cleansing my face, moisturizing more, not exfoliating, stopped using my retinol serum, but nothing is making it better. I almost feel like it might be getting worse. You can see the texture and a little core/bulb thing on my fingertip both HERE.The texture on my chin is like that all over my face, including my cheeks, nose, and forehead but it is very difficult to capture on camera. It’s even harder to see in person. I will be making an appointment with a dermatologist soon since it has been a couple weeks since I started experiencing this and it doesn’t seem to be going away, but I wanted to know if anyone else has had this happen to them and if so, what the heck could it be?Edit: For reference, my skincare routine is as followsAM: Clarisonic Brilliance Foaming Milk Cleanser (pH balanced); Boscia Balancing Facial Toner applied with cotton pad; SweetChef Vitamin C serum; Farmacy Honeydrop Lightweight MoisturizerPM: Oil cleanse with Camellia oil; cleanse with Clarisonic Brilliance cleanser; Origins Mega Mushroom Soothing Treatment Lotion applied with cotton pad; SweetChef Vitamin B serum and Vitamin C serum; Josie Maran Whipped Face Butter; The Ordinary hemi-squalane oil
