Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hi guys! 30 year old male that has been struggling with severe seborrheic dermatitis here. But I did it. I couldn’t be happier. Finally no more scales flaking off of my nose and forehead area. No more extreme redness. No more days of just wanting to wear a bag on my head before going out.My saviour was, without any doubt, ISDIN Nutradeica. After trying a dozen of creams, this one turned out to be just magical. Everytime my face decided to turn me into a red and flaky mess, two or three days after aplying this cream, my face would return to ‘normal’.But it was after mixing it with my daily moisturizer that I started to see permanent changes. I started with Neutrogena Hydroboost plus a little amount of Nutradeica, and now I started using CeraVe Moisturising Lotion in the morning and La Roche-Posay Pure Vitamin C10 serum at night before aplying a thin layer of Eucerin Eczema Relief cream, as always, with a little bit of Nutradeica. One thing I just can’t do is wash my face with anything that’s not just water. My face just hates cleansing gels, soaps (don’t even mention exfoliating gels. Who invented exfoliation? :P). Water has been just fine for me.I hope I can help someone with my routine. This affection has been a complete nightmare for over 10 years, so i’m very happy to finally see i’m controlling it. Now I just get red every now and then, and my scalps gets flaky sometimes, but my face is happy for now.So, my routine is:AM: •I wash my face with water. Lots of water. •I mix in my hand CeraVe moisturizing lotion with a bit of ISDIN’s Nutradeica.PM •Wash my face, water only. •Three drops of La Roche-Posay’s Vitamic C10 serum. Wait til it dries. •I apply mix of Eucerin’s Eczema Relief Cream with bit of Nutradeica.Sorry for my english. Not my first language :B
