[Personal] White bumps/patches has been appearing next to my nose which look scarred. It has slowly been getting worse and I could use some advice

Around my nose there are these small white bumps/patches that look scarred. There has never been any acne there or breakouts, just these 'patches' :(They look terrible in some lighting. I rinse my face with cold water daily after my shower and then directly apply sunscreen. I use a mild exfoliant once a week after going to the sauna.I'm sorry about the heavily censored pictures, I have alot of friends on reddit and am very insecure about this.
