I recently ordered a few products from the SuperGoop website, including the lip shield trio, but, when they arrived, I only got one lip shield. I sent an email to customer service and they VERY quickly shipped my other two lip shields, a bonus hand cream, and a bunch of samples. Really valued how kind and fast they handled everything so I just wanted to give them a little shoutout. 👍👍👍
