[Acne] Does anybody constantly keep getting pimples on their lip line?

I constantly keep getting these and it's driving me nuts. NO it is not herpes before anybody says it lol I have already confirmed with my doctor.I use a lip scrub from Mac once a week and change my sheets once a week. I get pimples on my face here and there but I don't understand why I keep getting them in the most disgusting area (the lip line). If they are anywhere else, I don't care at all. How can I stop these?
