Beauty Tips For Body Care
I'm 30F and have had a consistent skincare routine for the last 5 years. I used to enjoy skincare and went through lots of different products, but now have a pretty simple routine:AM:- Splash of water- Moisturizer with SPF (I currently use Clinique Pep-Start Hydrorush, but might change it to something else)PM:- Kiehl's Ultra Facial Cleanser- Clinique Moisture Surge 72-Hour Hydrator or NeoStrata Bionic Face Cream PHA12 (my face hates AHA's and I have not been able to get ahold of retinoids that made any visible difference)I also use sheet masks a few times a week. My skin is on the drier side and I used to smoke (1 pack a week), but quit a few years ago. Probably should drink more water - working on that currently. I live in a colder climate and not into tanning, rarely go outside in the daylight.I'm quite happy with the way my face looks and don't expect it to look like I'm 18, I just don't like the nasolabial fold on one side of my face, it got particularly prominent because of the way I smile (more to one side). See here: https://imgur.com/0HbBWbMI was wondering, what's the best way to fix this this particular defect? Botox, hialuron fillers, lasers? I just want to know what to research before I go to the derm.Would appreciate the advice! And sorry for any mistakes - not a native speaker.
