Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hola chicanos,I'm not sure if this is the appropriate place to post, but I was wondering if anybody could critique my skincare routine/answer a few questions regarding skincare for me. Since going through chemotherapy and a bone marrow transplant, I've been much more meticulous in my "appearance" routines, as I'm well aware of the toll that the highly toxic (but lifesaving) treatments take on one's body.Routine as follows, in order:AM- Boscia Detoxifying Black Charcoal Cleanswer- Caudalie Instant Foaming Cleanser- TO Retinol 0.5% in Squaline- Neutrogena Hydroboost Water Gel- Biore Aquarich Sunscreen SPF 50+PM- Coconut oil as a makeup remover- Boscia Detoxifying Black Charcoal Cleanswer- Caudalie Instant Foaming Cleanser- Diluted Apple Cider Vinegar as a toner- GRANDElash MD lash serum- TO Retinol 0.5% in Squaline- Algenist Sleeping Collogen- TO 100% rose hip seed oilQuestions:Where would it be appropriate to implement a Vitamin C serum in this routine?Should I be using retinoids twice a day/ I've read that sensitivity to the sun exposure is a myth, and I always use sunscreen to combat any potential damage. How long should I wait before layering on other products after using retinoids/serums?Any good recommendations for a collagen night cream? The one I use was a free sample, and it's expensive ($98 a pop).Any good recommendations for a facial moisturizer similar to the Neutrogena one? It feels very chemically to me (I blame the fragrance).I have CONSTANT puffiness/dark circles under my eyes, no matter how well I sleep. Any recommendations for this?Any other products to add in there to prevent the effects of aging?THANK YOU BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE XO
