I’ve been putting off writing this post for a while because I don’t believe in stirring the pot on the internet (it’s a no-win scenario) but it’s really grinding my gears that SCA members keep saying that tretinoin is a more effective acne treatment than adapalene.Adapalene is an extremely effective drug that is considered as clinically effective as tret. You don’t “graduate” to tret after trying adapalene. In fact, adapalene is often recommended over tret because it’s far less irritating, which means people are more likely to keep using it.
