[PSA] [Personal] you can maintain an impeccable skincare routine, but your mental health can and will show on your face. If that’s what it takes to prove the damage stress has on your body (like it was for me), then please pay attention. See attached— same routine, but a boatload of stress.

Beauty Tips For Body Care
Not here for advice or a feel better. Just here to help anyone who might see a bad change, or who is frustrated with their skin and might not realize what their mental health issues are doing to their body. I hope my evidence helps put things into perspective for anyone struggling. I know the lighting isn’t the exact same, but these are the most accurate photos I have of my skin during these times. Left is taken about two months ago. Right was taken today. A lot of things happened and a lot of mental self-destruction happened. I finally decided to get help. And I finally decided to be honest and understand the damage that ignoring it has done. two months difference.
