Beauty Tips For Body Care
So I'm trying to bulk up my skincare routine and I keep seeing products that say they will brighten the complexion (looking at you, The Ordinary). I never really thought much about it but after using their products I realized that I didn't really know what I should be looking for. What does it mean to "brighten" skin? Is it just another one of those bullshit industry terms used to sell products or is it an actual scientific phenomenon?
