[Acne] Hard bumps left over after pimples/cysts have healed?

So I’ve had some cysts recently and I’ve been putting hydrocolloid patches on them and they’ve flattened a lot and seemed to have drained a lot but they’ve stayed as flatter red bumps for about a week now. Will they eventually flatten back to normal or should I be doing something about this?Here’s an image: https://imgur.com/a/ku0JjAMit’s not a very good picture but the bumps are hard to the touch. It’s not like usual PIE.
