[personal] should i care about acne that isnt visible to most people? how many of you have "nice skin" from afar but up close is a different story?

I have some closed comedomes near my chin at the corners of my mouth. But they are very faint. ;like when i angle my mouth a certain way, you can see tinted white skin. they are barely visible but I know they are there so it bothers me. But should i care though?I see so many people with such nice clear skin. But how likely is it that they have these same tiny bumps on their face? I always examine my skin an inch away from a mirror. Ive never gotten to see other peoples "nice skin" this close so waht do i know
