[Skin Concern] Red and greasy patches on scalp keep increasing despite using both prescription & OTC dandruff shampoo

Any ideas what this could be if dandruff shampoo (both medicated/prescription-- ketoconazole-- and over the counter more natural remedies) is not resolving it? It only seems to be getting worse- more red patches, more itchiness, and more wetness & flakiness. I've tried going to dermatologists, changing my shampoo (I now use sulfate-free L'oreal brand), avoiding conditioner, using a scalp brush in the shower, and I'm at my wit's end.
