but at the moment, at least for the next few weeks, I won't be able to get more than about 3-4 hours of sleep a night. How do I stop breaking out otherwise? I'm pretty clueless and don't really have a "routine": I just wash my face a lot (just with water) and shower twice a day. I eat (pretty oily) college dining hall food every day. What are some tips or things you would change if you were in my shoes to get better skin or get rid of existing acne? It's pretty much only on my cheeks and nowhere else.
