Beauty Tips For Body Care
Current routine. Here was my adult acne at it's worse! This is when I initially reached out to this community for help, and I was so fed up with how I looked that it threw me into a spiraling depression thinking I'd never look normal. Long story short, I read the side bar and decided to start hydrating my face and using Differin to actively treat the acne.Side1 Side2. Here were both sides of my face after the acne itself started to subside a little bit and I was left with some scars. Here is what my face looks like now. 1 2Obviously super happy from how it looked the year before, however I still have some Atrophic scarring and some PIH or PIE? (My scraggly facial hair is hiding some of it). All I know is that there are some dark spots where the acne assaulted the right side of my face (Picture 1 of most recent). To try and ameliorate the damage, I was using an AHA exfoliant Glycolic Acid (The Ordinary Glycolic Acid Toning Solution). Honestly, I haven't been real diligent with using the Toning solution because I haven't really seen any results from it yet.My question is, what other treatment should I pursue to treat some of the Atrophic scarring and pigmentation from all the acne I had? What about another type of AHA? How long should I use The Ordinary Toning Solution for? It says on the bottle only use for a limited amount of time. Thanks everyone for all the help you've provided me! Your advice have been invaluable.
