Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hello all. I am dealing with adult acne. I never had breakouts until the last few years, so a skincare routine was never taught or learned. I know this sounds ridiculous and simplistic, but what is the proper way to wash ones face? As I am learning more about skincare I believe that my skin is dry and overcompensating with oil. I have been using Neutrogena Hydro Boost Lotion Cleanser to wash before bed. I rub it onto my face and then rinse until all of the soap is gone. I feel like this removes most of my makeup, but I don't feel like it's helping actually un-clog my pores. Is there a better or more effficient way of washing my face? Also, any suggestions to add to my routine would be great. AM: *Rinse with cool water *Thayers Witch Hazel *Hado Labo Skin Lab Gokujun UV White Gel SPF 50 (not crazy about this one, would like to use a different sunscreen) *I then apply IT Cosmetics CC Cream as a foundation PM: *Wash with Neutrogena Hydro Boost Lotion Cleanser *Tone with Thayers Witchhazel *Alternate between Tretinoin, Azaleic Acid, or Differin *Aveeno Ultra Calming as my night time moisturizerI use the Drunk Elephant Baby Facial once per week and I recently order the Stratia Liquid Gold but I haven't received it yet. Any advice would be great!
