[Acne] What works best to combat hormonal acne in a pinch?

Beauty Tips For Body Care
So my normal routine has been working well for me in terms of general breakouts and some of the hormonal acne I have. But sometimes, these flare ups are way more than my usual routine can handle and I'm just not sure what to do.Skin type: very oily and acne prone, white as milkAM: Cleanse with Vivant green tea cleanser, klairs supple toner, clindamycin gel (prescription), origins original skin moisturizer, and biore perfect face milk spf 50PM: cleanse with Obagi clenziderm (2% salicylic acid), obagi clenziderm toner (2% salicylic acid), Azelaic acid (20%, prescription), origins moisturizerAlso: 50mg Spironolactone that I've been taking since June.Overall, the best additions to my routine in the last several months have been the salicylic products from Obagi and have given me the most drastic improvements. I think the spironolactone has been working since in general, the hormonal breakouts are less but the side affects can be too much if I go to 2x daily.I've been wondering if it would work to add a quick spot treatment to my routine for the bad ones that just want to fight to stay on my face or if I should just try to wait them out. Usually they'll last about 1-2 weeks and then I'll get a little bit of clearer skin time. But I have the Mirena IUD so my cycle is inconsistent and unpredictable right now. But it's been MILES better than it was when I got it back in January.Any help or pointers would be appreciated!(Also, diary doesn't seem to affect my acne. I've tried cutting down/out and it hasn't affected it at all. Just made me sad not to eat cheese lol)
