[Skin concerns] Does anyone else have rosacea, acne, and dry skin? If so, how have you managed to deal with it?

I’m a 23F. Over the past year, my skin has been extremely dry and no matter what moisturizer I use, it’s still dry. I’ve developed a lot of texture issues recently. Sometimes my acne is bad and sometimes my face is pretty clear.I went to the dermatologist recently. She told me that I have rosacea. She gave me a product made by her office/brand that contains ivermectin 1%, metronidazole 1%, niacinamide 4%, and potassium azeloyl diglycinate 5%. She also gave me moisturizer and SPF made elta me, as well as SkinCeuticald C E Ferulic.I started this routine on Thursday of last week. The next two days my skin looked better but now I have red itchy bumps on the left side of my face and I’m still breaking out.I’m wondering if anyone has these issues and they’ve developed a skincare routine? It’s hard to find products that treat acne rosacea that aren’t harsh on the skin and it’s hard to find products that bring moisturize back in the skin without clogging pores.
