[Acne] Anyone had problems with teeny tiny bumps that have stayed exactly the same (never got rid of them, but haven't developed any new ones since the first ones appeared either?)

Beauty Tips For Body Care
I don't want to jump on the fungal acne bandwagon because I know it's actually not that common, but does fungal acne sometimes develop and then hang around for months/years without either getting worse or getting better? I'm out of ideas as to what else it could be.I have a little cluster of tiny bumps (1mm at most, but I think the majority are even tinier than this) in between my eyebrows that developed after I had laser treatment for an acne scar. The distribution is a bit bigger than the laser area, which makes me think they were either caused by the steroid cream or vaseline I was told to use post-laser.Here's the thing: I haven't developed any new bumps since shortly after the laser healing process (right at the beginning of this year) but the ones I have don't go anywhere. They've been squeezed (bad, I know), I've used tretinoin for 4 months, tried at-home chemical peels, tried microdermabrasion... nothing makes them go away. The only change I notice in them is that hot showers/hot weather seems to make them a little bit more prominent, and then they get a tiny bit flatter when I'm colder. They're so tiny you can only tell that they're individual bumps up close, but because they're in a cluster/surrounding the acne scar, from a normal distance the cluster looks raised up and catches the light.I wondered if they were milia to begin with and had a few of them electro-cauterised by a dermatologist. They seemed to flatten briefly but then the same bumps just came back, in exactly the same places.Just wondered if these sound familiar to anyone, and if anything helped for those with similar issues?I've just started using Nizoral a couple of days ago because I figured it probably wouldn't hurt to try, but seen no difference yet (not sure how long it normally takes on the off-chance that it is fungal acne). Thanks in advance! :)
