[Skin Concern] Picked on a blackhead which had excessively grown and now I have a hole on my skin. What's the best thing to do?

I had a blackhead on my nose which slowly grew taller and taller in size. After three weeks, I decided clean my hands and to pass my nail through it and get it out: it was extremely easy. The problem is that now it has left a hole which I can only assume will result in an indent acne scar. Any ways of preventing this?
